In Germany this compilation unfortunately does not play a big role, even if this should actually change, because the stuff to the very big compilation with its extraordinary concept has it in Germany. With the finest sound from the Independet scene and the alternative scene, the FM4 Soundselection 36 moves hard on the edge of the mainstream, because the artists on the new edition are not always unknown, even if one is not familiar with the two areas. In recent years, many small clubs have developed a regular subculture in the German clubs. This is also reflected in the compilation section. While great compilation must struggle around any buyer, small unexpectedly find great popularity. As we have already mentioned, we see a considerably larger market in Germany than it has been so far in the case of FM4 Soundselection 36.
